This project was for a growing young family looking to set their roots in the foothills of La Canada-Flintridge. The existing 2,400 sq ft ranch style home had decaying exterior wood siding, single paned windows, and a broken up layout that was ultimately too small for the client’s needs. Almost a complete gut-renovation, we reconfigured key walls to create a better flow through the space and added almost 800 sq ft of new space, ultimately bringing the project to a 3,200 sq ft, 5 bed/3.5 bath home that the client could enjoy with their family for years to come.
